Booking Policy
I understand that TDF bills it's training clients on a pre-pay basis. Once my trainer and I have decided upon the number of sessions or specialty program I will purchase, payment must be made within the 1st week of training or before the sessions are conducted. I understand that all training sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable. I also understand that all training sessions must be redeemed within one year of purchase.
Cancellations
If you must cancel a training session for any reason, please give me at least a 24-hour notice so that I can plan accordingly. If your trainer wants to negotiate a time to make up sessions that’s completely between the client and trainer and TDF is not responsible for missed sessions.
Late Policy
I understand that all personal training rates are based on 50-60 minute sessions and should I arrive late, there is no guarantee I will receive the full session with my trainer. It is solely your responsibly to be present and on time if not early for your training session. In return, if my personal trainer is late for a session, I will still receive the full session time.
Payment / Refunds
Payment is your exclusive reservation to your session time slot for the month. Payment must be made within the 1st week of training or before the sessions are conducted. I understand that all training sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable. Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
No Call / No Shows
If in the event that there are three no call or no shows in a 30 day span, you will forfeit your spot for the month and remaining sessions for that month will be cancelled. No refunds.
Accountability
I understand the results of any fitness program cannot be guaranteed and my progress depends on my effort and cooperation in and outside of the sessions. I understand that I must hold myself accountable and put in the effort to reach my goals with full support of my trainer.
